FARM TO TABLE (In-Person)
September 20th, 3:00 PM - 7:00 PM
What to do with all that gorgeous Ethos harvest? It’s Friday. Gather your friends and family and join us as we create a delicious meal, chopping, blending, and cooking. This class will be held on the third Friday of every month.
Our Farm Table Cook & Dine class is an immersive culinary experience that highlights the journey of food from farm to plate. Participants learn to create delicious dishes using fresh, locally sourced ingredients directly from Ethos Farm. Through hands-on cooking sessions, you will gain an understanding of seasonal cooking. Learn to use herbs and spices to create inspired dishes with whole plant foods to boost your health and well-being. It’s a unique opportunity to connect with the land, the food, and the community while honing culinary skills and embracing a healthier, more conscious approach to eating.

Lifestyle Medicine and Bone Health
Join Dr. Loren Fishman and Dr. Ron Weiss during this powerful session to learn how the newest medical subspecialty uses yoga to build stronger bones. During this interactive webinar, you will also learn a few yoga poses.
Loren Fishman, MD, is Medical Director of Manhattan Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation in New York City, author of ten books and author or editor of more than 70 academic articles. He is a life-long yoga practitioner who has integrated yoga into medical treatment, with major discoveries for healing osteoporosis, back pain, arthritis, scoliosis, rotator cuff syndrome, piriformis syndrome and many other ailments. His program for arresting and reversing bone loss has been published with proven findings for its effectiveness, and more than 200 teachers are certified instructors in his method.
