Ethos Primary Care Offers a New Paradigm Shift in Healthcare.
Ethos Primary Care practices a lifestyle medicine approach that connects human health to the natural world. Ethos is part of a powerful movement that continues to shift the American model of healthcare from a reactive, disease-oriented, hospital-and-medication-based model to a personalized preventive approach that puts the patient at the center of care. Our focus is on the reversal and prevention of disease.
We achieve these goals by helping people to implement lifestyle change, with an emphasis on a nutrient-rich diet of whole, unrefined plant foods. We grow organic produce, protect the earth, gather and educate the community, and practice primary care medicine on a spectacular, 280-year-old working farm in Long Valley, New Jersey.
